To establish an account as a supervisor role, the user should register for a PMP AWARxE account like every other user. If enabled by the PDMP, and once the PMP AWARxE account registration is complete, supervisors can begin adding delegates to their account. This will establish the user's account as a supervisor account.
To add delegates to an account:
Select the Delegate Management menu option from the dropdown menu.
If the user is unable to establish a delegate connection via Delegate Management, the delegate will need to add the supervisor. In this instance, please refer to the Registering as a Delegate help article. |
Select the Add+ button to create a new delegate relationship.
Enter a valid email address for the delegate the supervisor wishes to add. This email address must align with an email address for an active delegate account in PMP AWARxE. Click Save to establish the delegate relationship.

If the user's account already has a connection to another supervisor's account (the user is a delegate), they cannot have an account set up as a supervisor. Established delegate accounts cannot have delegates. In this instance, they would need to remove the supervisor connection from their account and proceed with adding delegates.
