Occasionally, after performing a Bulk Patient Search, the Status column may indicate No RXs Found for a patient that exists in the database, but no prescriptions were reported for that patient in the time-frame queried.
Clicking the patient's name will display No Prescriptions Found in Date Range in the Reason filed.
In this case, the user can export the blank report by clicking View
OR
The user can click Refresh to display the Patient Request page, change the date range to be queried, and run a new report.
