If a Patient Request did not return any results based on a user's search criteria, a message will display indicating no matching patients could be identified.
If the search criteria for a Patient Request matches a patient record, but the patient does not have any prescriptions within the specified time-frame, a message will display indicating the patient was found, but no prescriptions were found for that patient during the specified time-frame.
At this time, the user can click Change Date Range to return to the Patient Request page, enter new search criteria or a different date range, and rerun the report.
If Partial Search was not originally selected, clicking the Partial Search checkbox prior to running the patient request will expand the search results. |
