If a Patient Request was performed for an exact patient's name and multiple patients were identified, a message will display indicating multiple patients matching the search criteria have been identified.
In this instance, the user can either click Refine Search Criteria to return to the Patient Request page refine their search criteria, and request a new Patient Report.
OR
Select one or more of the patient groups displayed and click Run Report to view the Patient Report.
