The Error Correction page will display a list of records submitted by a user or their pharmacy that contain errors, if applicable. From this page, users can correct a record containing errors that was filed via SFTP submission. To access the Error Correction page, navigate to Data > Rx Management and click on the Error Correction tab.
Error correction within AWARxE is only available for prescriptions submitted via SFTP file upload or real time submission to PMP Clearinghouse. Any prescriptions submitted via Universal Claim Form (UCF) cannot be submitted to PMP AWARxE with a validation error, as the error must be corrected prior to submission. |
To correct an record with errors listed on the Error Correction page, click the Rx Number and the number of errors contained in the record will display.
Fields containing errors are in red and the specific error message will display below the field.

Correct the errors and the click Submit. If all errors have successfully been resolved, the record is submitted.
If there are still errors on the page, the number of errors will display at the top of the page. Repeat these steps until all errors are resolved and the record has been submitted.
