Program Registration Information

• All SC PMP users must be fully licensed in SC, reside physically in SC, and have their federal DEA number registered in SC (if applicable). If you do not meet one of these criteria, please reach out to the SC PMP administrator team at [e-mail] to determine if you are eligible to hold an account. 
• Prescribers are restricted to 3 delegates. All delegates must create their own account.
