Program Registration Information

• Prior to starting your registration, please review the PMP AWARxE Requestor User Support Guide. Go to Menu > Training > User Guide
• Licensed Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, Medical Residents with Prescriptive Authority, Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialists, Dentists, Veterinarians, and Physicians, must be licensed in the state of North Carolina to apply for access to the controlled substance database.
