• Access to the NJPMP is limited to:
  • NJ-licensed practitioners who have a current CDS registration
  • NJ-licensed pharmacists practicing in an outpatient dispensing role
  • State and County Medical Examiners
  • Mental Health Practitioners; defined as:
    • Clinical Social Workers
    • Professional Counselors
    • Psychologists
    • Psychoanalysts
    • Marriage & Family Therapists
    • Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselors
  • Authorized Prescriber Delegates; defined as:
    • Medical Residents
    • Dental Residents
