The Bamboo Health End User Agreement (EULA) is an annual agreement issued by Bamboo Health to ensure the protection of patient data and provide expectations around the use of PMP AWARxE.
Bamboo Health's EULA is prompted on an annual basis and is separate from any PDMP required EULA. Users will receive Bamboo Health's EULA one year from their initial registration and/or registration approval date.

Upon PMP AWARxE account login, users may be required to agree to a Bamboo Health End User License Agreement.
To proceed with access to PMP AWARxE, you must click View and Sign to read through the EULA. Please be sure the contents of the EULA are understood before clicking Accept.
If a user cannot see the Accept button, ensure a compatible browser is being used, the browser window is maximized, and the zoom level is set to a normal default (100%) or smaller than normal (under 100%). If the EULA still cannot be accepted, please contact the Bamboo Health help desk for further assistance.
