Some state PMP AWARxE sites require multi-factor authentication (MFA). Follow these instructions if you are presented with the MFA Set up screen.
After PMP AWARxE Registration
Once you have completed your PMP AWARxE registration and selected "Submit and Continue, you are presented with the "Set up Multi-Factor Authentication" page.
At this point, you have the ability to update the phone number or email entered during the registration process. Updating the email address will also change your login credentials.
Select the check box next to the desired delivery method for the verification code. You may select both if desired.
You will then select "Continue".
You are taken to the "Verify" step to enter the code that was sent via SMS text and/or email, dependent upon the delivery method(s) you selected.

Invalid/Expired Code
If you do not receive the code via text and/or email, you may select the "Try again" option to regenerate a code. If you are requesting the code via email, before you select the "Try again" option, add email address @pmpaware.net to your email's Safe Sender/Contact List. If you do not enter the code correctly or you enter an older code after selecting the "Try again" option, you will receive a "Verification code is invalid or has expired" error message.
Select "Continue". You will receive a "Success!" message and the MFA setup is complete.
Select "Continue to AWARxE".
If you are auto-approved, you are taken to the AWARxE dashboard. If you are not automatically approved, you will receive an email when the account is approved and will be taken to the "Pending Approval" page.
You may select the "Try again" option as needed if you do not receive a verification code via your selected delivery method.
If you are requesting the code via email, before you select the "Try again" option, add email address @pmpaware.net to your email's Safe Sender/Contact List.
You must check the "Change Mobile Phone Number" box. You will then enter your new phone number, twice, including the area code.

You will be directed back to the MFA setup or verification screen.
