Delegate is Pending Approval
When a user registers as a delegate for a supervisor, the supervisor will receive an email alerting them that a delegate account is pending their approval. If the request is not acted upon, PMP AWARXE will send follow-up emails advising that action is still required.

Supervisor Navigates to Delegate Management
To view all pending and approved delegates you have, you must log in to PMP AWARxE and click on the "Menu" button at the top of the portal.
You must then select "Delegate Management", listed under the "User Profile" section.
From the "Delegate Management" screen, you are able to see all delegates associated with your account. New delegates are identified as "Pending" in the "Delegate Status" column.
If your state participates in Delegate Audits, you may see additional fields "Last Review Date" and "Next Review Date"on the "Delegate Management" page. This allows you to easily see when the delegate was last audited and the next scheduled audit date.
State Implemented Delegate Restrictions
PMP AWARxE does not restrict the number of delegates you can approve, but some states have implemented limits to how many delegates you can have. If you attempt to add or approve any delegate that exceeds your state's implemented limit, you will receive a message advising that no more delegates can be added. If you have questions about how many delegates you can approve and there is not a specific delegate limit outlined in your state's PMP AWARxE User Guide, please contact yout PMP State Administrator.
Supervisor Approves the Account
To approve the account, you should click on a delegate to populate the delegate's information in the detail card at the bottom of the "Delegate Management" screen.
You must click on "Verify Status" to approve the account. The delegate's status will become "Approved" under the "Delegate Status" column.
Supervisor Rejects the Account
If you reject a pending Delegate account by mistake, please view the How a Delegate Removes a Supervisor process for more information.
Delegate Cannot Access Features
If the delegate is still unable to access features, the state administrator may not have yet approved the delegate's account. The delegate should contact their State Administrator for approval.
Delegate accounts require both a supervisor and state administrator approve them before the delegate is able to request patient information.
You may receive an e-mail that you have a delegate pending approval, but when you log into your AWARxE account, no one is listed under "Delegate Management". In this event, your State Administrator may need to approve the delegate's request prior to you approving the request. The delegate should contact their State Administrator.
