Can I Update My Own Profile?
Washington Special Handling
Please be advised that Washington users and the PMP AWARxE State Administrator are unable to update email address information within the PMP AWARxE application. Washington PMP AWARxE users must update their email addresses within their SAW portal.
Log in to your PMP AWARxE account.
Click on your name in the upper-right corner of the portal, then select "My Profile".
Scroll down on the "My Profile" page to the "Contact Information" section.
Locate two boxes, "New Email Address" and "Re-enter New Email Address". Your "Current Email" will also be listed in this section.
You Can Update Your E-mail Address
If the "New Email Address" and "Re-enter New Email Address" input fields are available, you may type your preferred e-mail address into both fields. To save the changes, click the blue "Save Changes" button at the bottom right of the page.
You Cannot Update Your E-mail Address
If the "New Email Address" and "Re-enter New Email Address" input fields are not available,you are unable to update your own e-mail address. You will need to contact your State Administrator to have this change made.
Email Verification
After the PMP AWARxE account email address is updated, you will receive a link to verify the updated email address.
