This page outlines how a data submitter may view dispensation records that were submitted via the PMP AWARxE application.
All information for submitting data, correcting errors and viewing submitted data can be found in your state's PMP AWARxE User Guide.
Accessing Rx Management
Select "Menu".
Under the Data section, choose "Rx Management".
Ensure that the "Rx Maintenance" tab is available. If the Data, Rx Management, or Rx Maintenance options are not available to you, you will not be able to view submitted information within PMP AWARxE. Please utilize PMP Clearinghouse.
Search for the Submitted Data
Click the "Rx Management" tab.
The only required fields are a date range, and pharmacy identifier, which are presented as check-boxes. If you do not see the identifier you need in the on the Rx Management screen, please contact your State Administrator who can add the necessary identifiers to your account.
You can also specify Rx Number, and/or Prescriber Last Name to narrow your search if needed, or if you are looking for an individual prescription.
Once you have input this information in the respective fields, click the "Search" button. Any information found will be displayed for you to view.
