Object Does Not Support Property or Method Error

Troubleshoot Error

1. Are you using Internet Explorer to access PMP AWARxE? Currently, this error is only experienced when using Internet Explorer.
2. Click on "Tools" within Internet Explorer.
3. Choose "Internet Options."
4. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the "Settings" list.
6. Ensure the box is checked next to "Enable native XMLHTTP support"
7. You will not need to close Internet Explorer. The application will begin working immediately.
