This page outlines the life cycle of an incomplete PMP AWAWRxE account that ultimately becomes an orphaned registration; account is automatically rejected.
To note: If you have started a registration in the past, attempt to log into your account to complete your registration. If you are having difficulties logging into your account, see the Login Assistance (PMP AWARxE) process to update your password. You will be taken back to where you left off in the registration process upon logging into the application. Initial Complete Your Registration Communication
Registrations will be considered orphaned if it was created more than 30 minutes ago and is only associated with an e-mail address. You will receive an e-mail 30 minutes after registration creation. The e-mail will include a reminder that you have a 90-minute window to finish the registration process, otherwise, your registration will be rejected.
"You recently created an account with <Hyperlink to PMP> PMP Branding </hyperlink>, but didn’t finish the registration process.
You have 90 minutes to finish your registration for review by <Hyperlink> logging into your account </hyperlink> using the email address and password you created.
If you’re unable to finish the registration your account will be rejected requiring you to restart the registration process.”
Account Rejection
Your account will be rejected 2 hours after registration creation if you do not complete the registration process. You will receive a similar e-mail to the initial communication.
“Your account request for access to PMP AWARxE - <state> has been rejected by the administrator of the system on <date>.
The reason for rejection has been identified as follows:
Your PMP registration has been rejected because it was not completed. Please <Hyperlink to Create Account>create a new account </hyperlink>
and complete all the steps of registration, including selecting your role and filling out your account profile."
Re-register
If you receive a communication that your registration was rejected because of incomplete information, you are able to re-register at this time.
