If you do not know your Ctrl Substance ID/MCSR: The MA Prescription Monitoring Program has emailed all users their MCSR. You should have received a letter that includes the number. If you don't have any of these communications, you should first check with your HR dept, as they often have the info on file. If the you cannot locate your MCSR# you can contact your State Admin for assistance.
The Ctrl Substance ID is NOT the same as an NPI or DEA.

Once the three questions have been answered and saved, you will be redirected to the appropriate home screen depending on whether your account is Auto-Approved or waiting for Manual Admin Approval.
You may edit your security questions and answers at any time in your User Profile. See Security Questions
