If a delegate is unable to access features in their delegate account even after their supervisor has approved them as a delegate, it may be because the applicable PDMP administrator has yet to approve the delegate's account. Delegate accounts require both a supervisor and PDMP administrator approval before the delegate is able to request patient information.
