If a supervisor Rejects a delegate in a Pending status for any reason, the delegate connection will be permanently severed and the delegate will no longer appear on the supervisor's Delegate Management Dashboard. In this instance, the delegate/supervisor connection will need to be reestablished.
To re-add a delegate that was mistakenly rejected, select Delegate Management and then click the Add+ button.
The supervisor will then be prompted with a pop-up window to enter the email address for their delegate. The email address must match an active PMP AWARxE account for their delegate. Click Save to establish the delegate connection again.
It is the responsibility of the supervisor to regularly maintain their delegate list and remove access by delegates if it is no longer necessary. |
