The Patient Alerts section of a user's My Dashboard displays the most recent Patient Alerts and Recent Request.
This section is user role dependent, meaning certain roles will be unable to view this section. |
Hovering over the ? mark icon next to the "Patient Alerts" header will provide additional informative and instructional information.
New Patient Alerts (i.e., those that have not been viewed) are displayed in bold with the word "NEW" next to them.
Users can download the letter associated with the alert by clicking Download PDF.
Users can view the Patient Request associated with a patient by clicking the patient's name.
Users can also click Patient Alerts, located at the top of the section, to access a full listing of patient alerts. Furthermore, they can also access patient alerts at anytime by clicking Menu > Patient Alerts.
When viewing a Patient Alert, a banner will display on all Patient Alert patient reports accessed via the Patient Alerts View All Alerts table or the My Dashboard Patient Alerts table in PMP AWARxE. This banner will inform providers they are viewing a historical Patient Alert patient report, as well as provide instructions for using "Refine Search" to review the patient's most recent dispensation information. The banner messaging will also include reference to the specific Patient Alert triggered and the alert date for improved transparency and understanding.
