PDMP Administrators have the ability to enable account security questions for users to configure to assist during their password reset process. If at any point a PDMP administrator has enabled account security questions for users to utilize, the below screen will display upon login to PMP AWARxE.
Users may choose to complete their security questions at a later time by clicking Log out, Complete Later. If the users clicks Log out, Complete Later, they will have 48 hours to complete their security questions.
Updating Security Questions
Login into PMP AWARxE and click on the user's name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on My Profile and update the appropriate security question(s).
If the user is unable to revise their security questions, please contact the appropriate PDMP administrator. Please refer to the PDMP Contact Chart for information for additional information. |
