Occasionally, after performing a Bulk Patient Search, the Status column may indicate Incomplete for either of the following two reasons:
- No Matching Patient Identified: The system was not able to locate a patient matching the search criteria. Click Try Again to open the Patient Request page where a partial search can be performed, or search criteria can be modified.
- Multiple Patients Found: The system identified multiple patients matching the search criteria. Click Try Again to open the Patient Request page, click Search at the bottom of the page to display the Multiple Patients Found pop up window.
Click the patient's name to display the reason for the incomplete search in the Reason field.
Select the correct patient(s) name, click Run Report to view the Patient Report. For help on understanding Patient Reports, please refer to the Patient Report Elements support article.
