Insight Reports are investigative reports in nature. Therefore, not all user roles have access to these types of reports. Insight Reports are generated by the search request criteria entered by the requestor. However, in the case of a law enforcement user, the requested report will not be available until the PDMP administrator has reviewed and approved the request. Once the PDMP administrator has reviewed and approved the requested report, the law enforcement user will receive an email notification that their requested report(s) is available through their online portal.
