When registering for a PMP AWARxE account, occasionally, an error occurs when a user's e-mail address has already been used for a PMP AWARxE account or registration.
If a user receives the following error message, they should first ensure they entered their email address correctly. If so, steps should be taken to reset their password to attempt to resolve the issue. For additional assistance on resetting your password, please refer to the Password Management help article.
Error Message
“Error: There was a problem with the email you attempted to use. If you believe there is already an account associated with this email address, use the reset password feature to continue your registration.”
After resetting the user's password, if the error message persists, please contact Bamboo Health's help desk for additional assistance. |
