All prescribers must have a license in the State of Oklahoma and be registered with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics to obtain access to the PMP.
Federally employed prescribers can have a license from another state and are not required to obtain a registration from the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics but may obtain one.
Out of state prescribers may be allowed to register for the Oklahoma PMP if they have a registration with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
Pharmacists must be licensed in the State of Oklahoma and all pharmacies dispensing in or into the State of Oklahoma must be licensed in the state and registered with the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
