Program Registration Information

• Access to the Missouri PDMP is limited to those healthcare providers licensed, accredited, or certified by the State of Missouri. Access is given to the following provider types: 
  • Prescribers and Dispensers, to include the following: 
    • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
    • Assistant Physician
    • Dentist
    • Optometrist
    • Pharmacist
    • Physician
    • Physician Assistant
    • Podiatrist
  • Other healthcare providers or delegates include the following:
    • Dental Hygienist
    • Licensed Practical Nurse
    • Medical Intern
    • Medical Resident
    • Pharmacy Intern
    • Pharmacy Technician
