Licensing Integration is an optional PDMP enabled enhancement that provides a variety of automated functionalities for new registration and recurring reverification of PMP AWARxE user accounts.

Shell Account Creation
If enabled by the PDMP and applicable to the user’s role, users may be pre-registered for a PMP AWARxE account. If a user is pre-registered for an account, they will receive an email notification to complete the account setup.

New Registration Auto-Approval
If enabled by the PDMP and applicable to the user’s selected role, new PMP AWARxE account registrations may be automatically reviewed and approved based on pre-established criteria as determined by the PDMP.
If all account requirements are met, access will be granted and users will be routed to their PMP AWARxE Dashboard. Users will receive notification that access has been granted to PMP AWARxE via email.

If a user receives a verification code or email that they did not initiate, they should contact the PDMP immediately. For information on how to update a user's role, please refer to the Updating Account Information help article. |
If an account registration is considered complete, but it did not meet the requirements for new registration auto-approval, the account will be placed in a Pending status for manual review and approval by the PDMP.

Existing Account Auto-Reverification
If enabled by the PDMP and applicable to the user’s selected role, established PMP AWARxE user accounts may be automatically reviewed and verified for continued access based on pre-established criteria as determined by the PDMP. Users meeting all account requirements will not experience any interruption in access.

Existing Account Auto-Deactivation
If enabled by the PDMP and applicable to the user’s selected role, established PMP AWARxE user accounts may be automatically deactivated if the account requirements, as determined by the PDMP, are not met during auto-reverification.
Users that do not meet all account requirements will receive an email notification with more information.
