The Shell Account Creation enhancement provides the PDMP with the ability to pre-register users for PMP AWARXE. User accounts are created with limited user demographics based on files provided to Bamboo Health by the PDMP.
| Shell Accounts are considered incomplete 'blank' accounts that only include a user's First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Email Address. |
Users who are pre-registered with a Shell Account will receive a PDMP configurable email notice requesting that they complete their registration. In order for a user to complete their account registration, the Shell Account registrant must click the link provided in the Shell Account email, log into their Shell Account, select a user role and complete their account registration. Once registration has been completed by the user, auto-approval will run, if it applies for the selected user role.

Links contained within the Shell Account notification email have an expiration time-frame as configured by the PDMP, typically 72 hours after the email is sent. If a Shell Account email notification link has expired, please contact the PDMP. |
