To be eligible for a PMP account, you must have an active Texas license as a healthcare practitioner (e.g., physician, pharmacist, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, etc.). The only exception to this requirement would be for:
Healthcare practitioner employees of the Veterans Health Administration that hold an active license in a state other than Texas; and
The Texas PMP does not allow duplicate or multiple accounts. If you believe you may have held a PMP account in the past, please contact the Texas PMP at 512-305-8050 during the hours listed above for assistance.
