Update & Confirm is an optional PDMP enabled enhancement to PMP AWARxE that requires system users to review, update, and confirm their PMP AWARxE profile information and demographics on a set cadence (typically annually) to validate access and confirm up to date PMP AWARxE account information.
The Update & Confirm User Experience
On a cadence determined by the PDMP (typically, thirty [30] days prior to the user's account anniversary), users will begin receiving email notifications and in-application prompts to update and confirm their PMP AWARxE account information. The email notification will notate the PDMP determined review period and indicate the deadline for completion of the Update & Confirm requirement.

If no changes are needed when presented with the in-application Confirm Profile Information prompt, select Everything is Correct to complete the review.
Users may choose Skip for Now and opt to update and/or confirm their profile information at a later date. If enabled by the PDMP, users that fail to update and/or confirm their profile information before the Update & Confirm window closes may have their account locked with the following error message displaying. To unlock their PMP AWARxE account, users should log into their PMP AWARxE account and complete the Update and Confirm process. Please see additional information in the article below. |
If the user needs to make changes to their account information, click Edit Information to make modifications to the user's profile information, as needed, then click Save and Continue to apply the modifications.
If enabled by the PDMP, users may be presented with a Certification requirement wherein they must 'certify' the information they entered is accurate. This Certification checkbox must be clicked or checked prior to clicking Everything is Correct. |
If modifications are made to account information during the Update & Confirm process, the account may be automatically re-verified and approved for continued use. The user will then be returned to their user dashboard for continued access to PMP AWARxE.
As determined by the PDMP, certain roles may require manual review and approval of account modifications, and the account will be queued for review by the PDMP. For questions regarding a pending account review, please contact the PDMP.
If a PDMP administrator reviews a user's profile that falls under the manual review purview, and the PDMP administrator deactivates the user's account, the user will receive an email indicating their account has been deactivated. At that time, the user will no longer be able to login to PMP AWARxE. For account reactivation, users should contact the PDMP. |
Unlocking User Accounts When the Update & Confirm Window Has Passed
If a user's account is in Locked status, the following error message will display upon logging into PMP AWARxE. Users should complete the Update & Confirm process to unlock their account.
Once the user has completed their Update & Confirm review, and verified their information is accurate, they will be returned to their user dashboard where they will see a Success message.
If modifications are made to an account during the Update & Confirm process, the account may be automatically re-verified and approved for continued use. The user will then be returned to their user dashboard for continued access to PMP AWARxE.
