Report Approval Requirement is an optional PDMP enabled feature that requires designated roles to receive approval by the PDMP or another designated party prior to being able to access Patient Reports, Provider Activity Reports, Dispenser Activity Reports, and/or Investigative Patient Reports.
When enabled, Patient Reports, Provider Activity Reports, Dispenser Activity Reports, and/or Investigative Patient Reports made by users in roles that require report approval will be queued for review before the user may gain access to the requested report.
Approval requirement notices will be presented on the report request to the requestor if their role requires report approval.
The PDMP and/or designated party will receive a dashboard and/or email notification of the pending report request. For pending report requests that have not been addressed, please contact the PDMP or the party responsible for review and approval of the request.
