Dispensation Error Notification is an optional PDMP enabled feature that allows the PDMP to send configurable automatic email notifications to designated PMP AWARxE account holders associated with a dispenser when corrections are needed to dispensations submitted.
PMP AWARxE account holders are only notified if their role is designated to receive notifications, if the account holder's PMP AWARxE account is active, and the Employer DEA on the account holder's PMP AWARxE account matches the DEA submitted for the dispenser of the record(s) containing errors.

Dispensation Error Notifications are sent based on role configurations as determined by the PDMP, account holder information, and information included on the dispensation submission. To correct errors, please visit the PMP Clearinghouse Support Center, submit a ticket with the Bamboo Health Enterprise Support Team, or contact the PDMP for further information. |
