Editable DEA provides users with a valid DEA number the ability to update their DEA information on their My Profile page in PMP AWARxE. DEA Validation is performed at the time the update is performed.
| Providing invalid DEA information may result in the deactivation of the user’s account by the PDMP administrator. If a user's account has been unexpectedly deactivated, contact the PDMP. |
To update a user's DEA number, navigate to Menu > My Profile and click on Edit next to the Profile Info header.
If the DEA Number is not editable, this feature has not been enabled by the applicable PDMP administrator.
| If the user is not able to edit their DEA, they should contact the PDMP to update their DEA number. Bamboo Health cannot update DEA numbers. |
