This article outlines how a user can set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for their PMP AWARxE account.
Note: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is only accessible to users that have had this feature enabled by their PDMP administrator. Similarly, some PDMPS require their users to have MFA set up.
MFA Registration Setup
After a user has selected the Submit & Continue option during account registration, the user will be presented with the Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication page.
At this point, the user has the ability to update their email address or phone number that was entered during their account registration.
Note:If a user updates their email address for MFA, it will also change the email address associated with the user's PMP AWARxE account, and therefore, their username.
Users should select the checkbox next to their desired delivery method to receive a verification code and click Continue. Users can select both email and mobile delivery methods, if desired.
