The State of Oklahoma requires that anyone with a meth offense conviction be identified and maintained on a Meth Offender Registry within the State of Oklahoma up to and including the past 10 years from the conviction date.
If a patient has a meth offense conviction recorded on the Meth Offense Registry within the past 10 years within the State of Oklahoma, an indicator will appear on the Patient Report if the patient is searched via the PDMP. For information on how to perform a patient search, please refer to the Performing a Patient Request help article.
| If the patient's meth conviction has been removed from their record, and accordingly from the Meth Offender Registry, due to circumstances such as expungement or other, the indicator will be removed from the Patient Report as well. |
Clicking the Details link on the State Indicators tile of the Patient Report will display an Additional Indicators popup modal.
